have I lost my wisdom / dell screwed up after sales April 2012

Delayed for many years, finally extracted the left out of position bottom wisdom tooth n top one. Both has been causing food trap and decay. Had to pay about 240 for top one as it wasn't a surgery while the bottom claimable via medisave

still bleeding after 2hours.

and dell engineer came again 2day. still carrying the optical drive parts to solve my "CPU unable to shutdown issue". how silly the coordination can be. engineer try to isolate the problem this time via hardware while last thursday via software.

my first report was disc unable to extract, then i resolve by installing a new driver. that was tues and wed. then on wed i discover my cpu is unable to shutdown after i shutdown windows. so i called them to speak to a rather stone fellow on the line .... and so it gets screwed up from here.

on thursday the engineer came, and he was surprise my fault now is not the rive problem. somewhere along the line someone screw up and delay this whole repair thingy. i almost succumb to letting them bring my set back and have motherboard replaced on tuesday as the motherboard will arrive expectedly on monday. they intend to collect my system on monday then taking about 6-8days to solve it.

and yesterday they called, wanting to pick up my system on tuesday instead. i had called in the morning to request for on site repair. after much hoohah they finally coordinated for a on site repair today.

and when the engineer arrived, he didnt have the motherboard again, saying it'll take 1 month to source for it.

they will replace my system part for part in 3 weeks time .... can we trust dell on aftersales?
